Q: Can I choose any text on the item I require or do I have to have your text?

A: Yes these are personalised especially for you, so providing you are within the character limit of the item you require, then we can personalise it with the text you like.

Q: How long does it take for my item to be dispatched?

A: Within 48 hours

Q: How does My order get shipped?

A: Depending on the size and value of your order, depends on the service used, single items usually go via royal mail 1st class recorded*see terms and conditions,  larger order, will be sent cia courier, so a telephone number would be required,

Q: What happens if I am not  home when my delivery is attempted?

A:

  • First Class Post Recorded - as per normal post. A signature will be required, if no-one home they will leave a card and you will need to collect or arrange re-delivery (this is not charged for).
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery - if there is nobody home to sign for the parcel they will leave a card and you will need to collect or arrange re-delivery (this is not charged for).
  • Courier Delivery - if there is nobody home to sign for the parcel they will leave a card - you will need call the number on the card to arrange re-delivery (this is not charged for).
  • Note; it is your responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery, we will not accept responsibility where this has not occurred. And any returned items which is returned to sender  as not called for or collected, will be recharge for the re-delivery,  courier will also charge a surcharge which  will be passed on to the buyer,

Q: Are my items returnable?

A: NO, this is a personalised item and made to order therefore it is excluded from any distance selling act,

Q: What if my item has been engraved incorrectly?

A: A full investigation will take place, with the order and details, sent,  a photograph will be required, in order to prove the error, if we have made the error, we will replace instantly, if you have made the error, its buyer error, and will not be replaced

Q: Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?

A: Only to republic of Ireland, and single goods will be sent international signed for multiple items, will be sent via courier

Q: What if my item is out of stock?

A: You will be contacted within 24 hours, and an alternative  will be offered, or a refund can be taken
